MAIN INGREDIENT: 2-year program in culinary arts and strong values formation plus industry training (OJT)
PROCEDURE:
- School selects me, underprivileged deserving young girl.
- I (female, high school graduate, 16-20 years old) undergo 2-year program in culinary, hotel, housekeeping services in school (thru classroom lectures, hands-on skills training, and internship in hotel and restaurants).
- School forms me to become a self-directed and responsible individual.
SPECIAL INGREDIENT: Full or partial financial assistance from sponsors.
