Popularized in North America and Australia, Surf and Turf is a main course which combines seafood and meat. Manila Institute for Culinary Arts and Residential Services (MICARS) will serve it with a Mediterranean twist in their Lunch for a Cause. Mediterranean cuisine encompasses food from cultures along the Mediterranean Sea and countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Expect a rich gustatory experience this October 24, 2015 (Saturday) as MICARS students prepare and serve the sumptuous dishes. Lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m. Seats are still available. Php1,500 fee will go MICARS Scholarship Fund.
